Mission Statement
It is the vision of FPOS Top Prospects to seek out the best young softball prospects in the country. This will be a FREE service, with the goal of helping these players receive exposure to college softball programs. FPOS will search out players through the help of an advisory board of top travel coaches and softball people.

Recruiting
Recruiting is happening earlier and earlier. It is not unheard of for a 10th grader to “verbally commit” to a college. By committing to college early, a player could possibly miss out on another opportunity. With Top Prospects – we will help top players get their name in front of college coaches. We will email our list out every month to our 1200+ college coach data base.

What makes FPOS Top Prospects Special?
We are the only organization with affiliations to top travel teams and showcases. We will work to verify player results and cross check players as much as possible.
