My family will be re-locating to Arkansas this summer. I have 2 girls. We currently live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Oldest is 11. She pitches, plays SS, 3rd, and CF. 10U team finshed 3rd in state of Texas and 7th at nationals. She is a righty power-hitter with lots of speed. She is very big for her age. Yougest daughter is 9. She is like her sister but perfers to catch. They have played since age 4 and father is ex-high school coach. We do not know much about Arkansas softball because we did not see any Arkansas teams at nationals. Would like to start gathering info on possible teams for both. Any help would be appreciated! I am with Arkansas Outkast, a first year 12U team. We are very competitive team out of Central Arkansas. Last season in 2009, in 10U we won USSSA State, were runner up in ASA State, and came in 9th at the World Series. We are currently looking to add another pitcher and have been having tryouts for the past two weeks. If you're interested, We would love to take a look at your daughter. Hello. My name is Patrick Ward. I coach a first year 12/U team called Bombsquad out of Bryant AR. We are a league team that also plays tournaments. We do things a little different than some but are still very successful in tournament play. We finished 3rd in ASA A class and 2nd in USSSA A class.
